Summary: The SAP Change Lead (OCM) role involves leading the Organisational Change Management workstream for a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The successful candidate will ensure business readiness and stakeholder engagement while facilitating the transition to new SAP-enabled processes. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive change strategy. The role is contract-based for 12 months and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end SAP OCM workstream across the programme lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement the overall Change Management Strategy and Roadmap.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and establish engagement plans for impacted groups.
  • Assess organisational change impacts arising from SAP process, system, and operating model changes.
  • Define and deliver business readiness assessments and adoption metrics.
  • Develop communication strategies and oversee delivery of change communications.
  • Create and manage resistance management and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Training Leads to ensure effective learning and capability development plans.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, and business engagement sessions.
  • Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption activities.
  • Provide regular reporting to Programme Steering Committees and senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading OCM workstreams on large SAP transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working across complex stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Management, Communications Planning, Business Readiness, Training & Adoption, Resistance Management, and Benefits Realisation.
  • Experience working with senior executives and programme leadership teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate independently within a consultancy-style delivery model.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP OCM Change Lead to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The successful consultant will lead the Organisational Change Management (OCM) workstream, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and successful transition to new SAP-enabled processes and ways of working.

Working closely with Programme Leadership, Business Process Owners, SAP Functional Leads, and key business stakeholders, you will define and execute the change strategy across multiple business functions.
