Summary: The SAP Change Analyst will support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, focusing on business change across various operational environments. This role involves assessing change impacts, creating Change Action Plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure readiness for go-live. The successful candidate will be integral to the Training, Change & Communications team, facilitating workshops and tracking progress against programme milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support change management activity across the SAP S/4HANA programme
- Conduct and document Change Impact Assessments
- Translate change impacts into clear Change Action Plans
- Work with business and project teams to identify risks, issues, and mitigation actions
- Support business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activity
- Facilitate change workshops, playbacks, and readiness sessions
- Work closely with Training and Communications teams to ensure impacted users are informed, prepared, and supported
- Track change actions and progress against programme milestones
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a Change Analyst on SAP or large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of change impact assessment and business readiness activity
- Experience working with operational teams in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, quality, or distribution environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to influence, challenge, and drive actions through to completion
- Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
- SAP S/4HANA experience would be highly desirable

My client is seeking an experienced SAP Change Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
This role will sit within the Training, Change & Communications team and will focus on business change across production, warehousing, quality, logistics, and distribution environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing change impacts, translating these into practical Change Action Plans, and working closely with business and project stakeholders to ensure the organisation is ready for go-live.
