We are looking for an experienced SAP Change Analyst to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
Working as part of the Change team, you will support business readiness and adoption across the programme, working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, Training and Communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct and document Change Impact Assessments
- Translate impacts into practical Change Action Plans
- Support business readiness and stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate change workshops and readiness sessions
- Track change actions, risks and dependencies through to completion
- Work closely with Training and Communications teams
- Support users and business teams through preparation for go-live
We are looking for someone with previous SAP change experience, ideally within an S/4HANA transformation, who is comfortable working across complex business and operational environments.
