Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories
- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to design solutions
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and manage defect resolution
- Provide hypercare support and ongoing enhancements post-go-live
- Own functional documentation and maintain process flows
- Drive adoption of best practices in SAP usage and process alignment
- Liaise with system integrators and SAP directly when required
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of SAP experience, including S/4HANA
- Background in retail or fashion industries strongly preferred
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for Agile delivery
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to work onsite in Knoxville, TN (weekly travel covered if non-local)

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in gathering requirements from business stakeholders, translating those into functional specifications, supporting solution testing, and partnering with technical teams to drive implementation.
This role requires deep familiarity with retail business processes—particularly in merchandising, inventory, finance, and supply chain—and the ability to operate in a high-autonomy, high-accountability setting.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories
- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to design solutions
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and manage defect resolution
- Provide hypercare support and ongoing enhancements post-go-live

Key Modules & Functional Areas:
- SAP S/4HANA (Retail core, FICO, MM, SD, PP, and EWM)
- Integration with SAP CAR (AMR/OAA/PMR/MPR) is a plus
- Experience with barcode scanning workflows, allocation rules, or replenishment logic is highly desirable
- Familiarity with store operations and inventory movement in retail environments
- Nice to have: SAP F&R, CAR Analytics, or Retail Pricing
Preferred Qualifications:
