Summary: The SAP Business Analyst role in Birmingham involves supporting a large SAP programme with a focus on integrations, IDOC messaging, and e-invoicing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Support a large SAP programme focusing on integrations, IDOC messaging, and e-invoicing processes.
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements.
- Support integration flows and deliver improvements across SAP finance and invoicing capabilities.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear SAP functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and support delivery teams across testing cycles including SIT and UAT.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a SAP Business Analyst within large enterprise SAP environments or transformation programmes.
- Solid understanding of SAP IDOC processing, including inbound and outbound message flows and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting SAP e-invoicing solutions and digital invoicing processes within SAP finance environments.
- Experience working across SAP integration landscapes, including EDI, middleware, or third-party integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex SAP concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
