Summary: The role of Enterprise Process Lead (EPL) focuses on transforming Asset Management processes to support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA across internal sites. The EPL will lead a team of Subject-Matter Experts to design and improve enterprise-wide processes, ensuring efficiency and transparency. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve operational alignment and process adoption. The role is critical in overseeing continuous improvement initiatives within Asset Management and related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of Asset Management processes to support SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Manage and guide a team of SMEs in process design, documentation, and optimisation.
- Partner with internal functions and external providers to ensure consistent, scalable, and compliant processes.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple locations to achieve operational alignment and process adoption.
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives across Asset Management and related disciplines.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in Asset Lifecycle Management, with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
- Deep understanding of Asset Management Master Data.
- Proven ability to influence diverse partner groups across sites and external organisations.
- Track record of delivering engineering and/or IT change across multiple business functions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Technical & Industry Requirements
- Solid knowledge of asset management and maintenance practices.
- SAP experience essential - S/4HANA preferred (ECC acceptable).
- Strong business process orientation (not an IT/technical BA role).
- Experience working within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical is advantageous but not essential).
