Summary: The SAP Ariba Trainer role involves supporting end-user training for a banking client in London as part of their transformation program implementing SAP S/4HANA and related systems. The trainer will prepare Finance, Procurement, and business teams for new Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring effective training delivery and user adoption ahead of the 2026 system rollout. The position requires enhancing training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing user support. This is a 6-month contract classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance existing SAP Ariba training materials and collateral developed by the system integration partner.
- Deliver end-user training sessions (virtual and in-person) on SAP Ariba and Procure-to-Pay processes for Finance, Procurement and business users (approx. 500 staff).
- Translate process design documentation into clear, user-focused training materials.
- Develop and maintain learning paths within SAP EnableNow and the organisation's LMS.
- Provide user support and guidance.
- Create training evaluation tools.
- Support training logistics, scheduling and participation tracking.
- Prepare training materials for handover to business-as-usual support teams post-implementation.
Key Skills:
- SAP Ariba end-user training experience, including Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP EnableNow.
- Experience delivering virtual and classroom-based training during ERP or SAP implementations.
- Ability to convert process and system documentation into engaging training content.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Evolve ERP are working with a banking client in London who are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Trainer to support end-user training as part of their transformation programme implementing SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and SAP SuccessFactors.
The role will focus on preparing Finance, Procurement and wider business teams for new Procure-to-Pay processes and the introduction of SAP Ariba, ensuring effective training delivery and user adoption ahead of the 2026 system rollout.
Key Deliverables
