Summary: The SAP Ariba Trainer will support a global ERP Finance Transformation programme by delivering end-user training for SAP Ariba (Procure-to-Pay) within an international financial institution. The role involves creating and enhancing training materials, providing user support, and monitoring training effectiveness. This position is initially a six-month contract with a strong potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-user training (virtual and in-person) using SAP EnableNow materials
- Review, update and enhance existing training collateral
- Translate process design documentation into clear, user-friendly training content
- Support users with “how do I” queries via Teams, email and face-to-face sessions
- Build learning paths and support content deployment via LMS platforms
- Monitor training effectiveness, adoption and readiness ahead of go-live
- Handover training materials to business-as-usual teams post-implementation
Key Skills:
- Proven SAP Ariba end-user training experience with hands-on experience delivering training during SAP implementations
- Experience delivering training both online and in-person
- Experience using SAP EnableNow to develop and deliver training
- Confident presenter, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and challenging audiences

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced SAP Ariba Trainer to join a global ERP Finance Transformation programme within an international financial institution. This is will be supporting the rollout of SAP Ariba (Procure-to-Pay) as part of a multi-year enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user training (virtual and in-person) using SAP EnableNow materials
- Review, update and enhance existing training collateral
- Translate process design documentation into clear, user-friendly training content
