Summary: The SAP Application Expert role is a six-month onsite contract in Stockholm, focusing on process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and the development of SAP solutions. The expert will collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to analyze requirements, develop training, and support cross-functional initiatives. The position requires extensive experience with SAP GTS and ECC systems, as well as strong communication skills. The role also involves mentoring team members and managing smaller initiatives during the migration to SAP GTS E4H.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mapping and fit/gap analysis in collaboration with business experts and project managers
• Analyze business requirements and design and develop SAP standard solutions
• Develop custom solutions in collaboration with developers where needed
• Support cross-functional initiatives by understanding requirements and breaking them down into deliverables for the team
• Test planning with test leads
• Go-live planning with cut-over lead
• Develop training for stakeholders and superusers
• Hand over to Application Management and to superusers
• Roll-out new system solutions

Key Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience with configuration, testing, and support in SAP GTS and SAP ECC systems
• Experience in customs processes, customs warehouse solutions, or customs supporting solutions
• Experience in migration of SAP GTS to SAP GTS E4H
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Experience in different SAP integration technologies and patterns
• Project management/delivery lead experience is highly desirable
• Experience with logistics processes and the retail industry is beneficial
• Experience in custom development using SAP ABAP
• Ability to work proactively and continuously improve activities
• Experience of working in an agile way
• Ability to use generative AI tools for productivity
