Summary: The role of SAP Analyst involves supporting and optimizing SAP systems across various modules for a dynamic team in London. The position is a 4-month contract with potential for extension, requiring collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP solutions to ensure seamless business operations. Candidates should have significant experience in SAP functionalities and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day SAP support, resolving BAU tickets and enhancing system performance
- Configure and optimise SAP solutions across multiple modules, primarily Logistics
- Work with Solution Architects, Business Analysts & Project Managers to deliver SAP projects on time
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Document SAP technical specifications, configurations, and user guides
- Participate in change management, system testing, and business readiness for SAP solutions
Key Skills:
- Strong SAP Functional expertise across SD, MM, WM, FI/CO, CAR (UDF, MPR), SAP IS-Retail, SAP CPQ
- SAP ABAP programming, UI5/Fiori, Workflow, WebServices/RFCs, and Postman/SOAPUI experience is beneficial
- Proven ability to deliver both support and project-based SAP solutions
- Retail industry experience is a plus
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing and supporting SAP solutions
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
