Summary: The role of SAP ABAP HR Payroll Developer involves developing and customizing solutions primarily for payroll systems within SAP. The position is contract-based, offering a hybrid working arrangement with a requirement for on-site presence 2-3 days a week in Broughton, North Wales. Candidates should possess a strong proficiency in ABAP and experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC), with a preference for those familiar with Airbus systems. The contract duration is 6 months with potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize SAP ABAP solutions for HR Payroll systems.
- Implement and optimize BAPIs, BADIs, functions, and develop reports, smartforms, and ALVs.
- Design and develop complex technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement integrations between SAP and other systems using IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services.
- Work with enhancements and manage SPAU and SPDD processes.
- Collaborate in a multicultural environment.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in ABAP development and customization.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, S4HANA, and CDS views.
- Familiarity with Web Dynpro ABAP (WD4A).
