Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all sample logistics, including press loans, returns, shoot movements, and event allocations.
  • Maintain and update tracking systems to ensure samples are accurately monitored and always presentation-ready.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, couriers, and PR contacts to ensure timely and professional handling of all product movements.
  • Manage sample send-outs for preshoots and editorial needs for global retail partners.
  • Ensure all client-facing packages are carefully curated, packed, and shipped according to brand standards and tight timelines.
  • Provide on-set support across e-commerce and look book shoots.
  • Assist with prep, fittings, styling order, and model dressing.
  • Ensure all styling tools, props, and kits are organized and ready on set.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, art directors, and stylists to ensure visual consistency and excellence.

Key Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sample coordination, fashion styling, or similar role in a fashion, retail, or PR environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic sample tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for fashion, detail, and visual presentation.
  • Previous experience supporting on set is an advantage.

We are looking for a Sample Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is perfect for candidates with excellent organisational skills and a strong interest in working in contemporary luxury fashion. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of product samples across press, sales, and creative channels, while supporting the creative styling direction across e-commerce and campaign shoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sample Coordination & Product Movement
  • Oversee all sample logistics, including press loans, returns, shoot movements, and event allocations.
  • Maintain and update tracking systems to ensure samples are accurately monitored and always presentation-ready.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, couriers, and PR contacts to ensure timely and professional handling of all product movements.
