Salesforce Underwriting Business Analyst - Insurance (P&C)

Summary: The Salesforce Underwriting Business Analyst role focuses on leveraging Salesforce to enhance underwriting processes within a leading insurance company, specifically in the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector. The position requires a strong background in underwriting and experience with Salesforce platforms. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in London 1-2 days per week. The contract is for 6 months with a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a Salesforce-based Underwriting Workbench as part of a major transformation program.
• Gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
• Support the implementation of underwriting workflows in Salesforce.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes (Scrum/SAFe environments).

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of underwriting workflows, particularly in P&C commercial lines.
• Experience working on Salesforce Workbench or custom Salesforce platforms for underwriting.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into user stories.
• Skilled in working with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum/SAFe environments).
• Bonus: Prior experience working with or supporting AXA XL.

Salary (Rate): £575 p/day
