Summary: The Salesforce Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to facilitate the adoption of Salesforce within a leading UK organization. This role involves developing training materials, conducting sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer. The position is a 6-month contract and is classified as outside IR35. Experience in delivering training within Salesforce projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and delivery of a comprehensive training strategy aligned to the transformation programme
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge assets tailored for different staff groups
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities, both in-person and virtually
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture and transfer critical business and technical knowledge
  • Provide feedback to the Training and Knowledge Transfer Lead on adoption challenges and learning needs identified during delivery
  • Support the monitoring of training completion rates, knowledge transfer effectiveness, and overall staff readiness
  • Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organisation
  • Assist in the development of "train-the-trainer" approaches to build local training capability across business units

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering training and knowledge transfer within a business transformation or technology change context
  • Experience working in the childcare, education, or social care sector is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record of developing training content and delivering effective knowledge-sharing activities
  • Familiarity with change management principles and their application in training delivery
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams within a large-scale programme

We are currently partnered with a leading UK organisation who support thousands of people across the country, providing a vital service for everyone they help. They are undergoing a greenfield implementation of Salesforce with the platform becoming the central source of truth for the entire organisation. As the Salesforce Trainer, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering training across the business, in person and virtually to drive early adoption of the Salesforce platform. It is key that you have recently delivered training within Salesforce projects and are able to communicate to all levels of stakeholders so they are clear on the use of Salesforce as their new system.
