I'm currently supporting a leading multinational organisation undergoing a large-scale digital and systems transformation, and they're looking to engage an experienced Programme Manager to lead delivery across multiple workstreams.

This is a senior, stakeholder-heavy role with responsibility for overall programme governance, business and IT alignment, and end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-vendor environments.

Role Overview

As Programme Manager, you will take ownership of the overall transformation roadmap, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into executable plans. You'll act as the central point of coordination between executive stakeholders, business teams, IT, and system integrators, driving structure, pace and accountability across the programme.
