Summary: Our client is seeking a Salesforce Tech Delivery Lead for a six-month contract, requiring weekly travel to the office in Windsor. The role is classified as Inside IR35 and demands extensive experience in Salesforce solutions delivery and project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Salesforce certifications are advantageous for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Salesforce solutions effectively over the course of the contract.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools in project execution.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform capabilities.
- Proven track record of managing successful projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration, negotiation, and influential leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
