Salesforce Technical Architect/Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Rate:£700 per day inside IR35

Location: London

It is a Hybrid role- Three days WFO.

Good to Have

• Experience working on Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud
• Understanding of GDS (Government Digital Service) standards

Job Description

• Should have Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect
• Should have both Salesforce Application Architect Certification and Salesforce System Architect Certification.
• 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domain.
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce solution architecture.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Detail-oriented professional with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers.
• Provide thought leadership within the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities industries.
• Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
• Assess customer business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
• Contribute to target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans.
• Provide domain expertise and strategic guidance on Salesforce 360 Platform solutions.
• Work closely with clients to define and execute their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both short-term wins and long-term business objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project Teams, and Implementation Partners to define and deliver the proposed architecture.
• Review and guide solution designs, infrastructure blueprints, and proactively identify potential risks and issues.
