Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce CRM implementation projects with a focus on Sales, Service, and Revenue clouds.
- Design and build custom functionalities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business discussions and consensus building.
- Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to facilitate discussions.
- Manage product and pricing modeling/configuration, CPQ approvals, and data migration.
- Oversee the lead to cash process and business change management.
Key Skills:
- 12+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
- 5+ years as a Technical Architect for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue clouds.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Strong understanding of product & pricing modeling/configuration and quote to cash processes.
- Experience in designing and building custom functionalities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and facilitate workshops.

Whitehall Resources are looking for Salesforce Technical Architect. This role requires 4 days per week on site in London, and 1 remote working, for an initial 6-month contract.
Skills and Experience:
. Overall, 12+ Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
. 5+ Years of experience as Technical Architect of Salesforce Sales, Service, Revenue clouds Salesforce CPQ/Salesforce Revenue cloud experience is a must.
. Hands-on experience in Lightening Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration.
. In depth understanding of Product & Pricing modelling/configuration, CPQ Approvals, Data migration, Quote to cash process, approval flows and Order & Billing Process
. 6-8 years of Strong Experience in Designing and building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC eco system.
. Work with multiple stakeholders and work towards consensus building
. Drive business discussions via workshop with business and IT teams
. Sound understanding of Lead to Cash Process
. Exposure to business change management
. 6-8 years of Strong Experience in Designing and building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC eco system.
