Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices
- Guide architecture decisions for integrations, data migrations, data models, customisations, and platform performance optimisation
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, adherence to standards, and robust technical design
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions
- Bridge the gap between architecture and development by assisting with hands-on development tasks
- Mentor and guide the development team, fostering continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into actionable, technically feasible solutions
- Break down solutions into tasks and manage delivery within Jira
- Explore and implement advanced Salesforce functionalities
Key Skills:
- Proven consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong track record delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects as a Technical Architect
- Salesforce Certified (Architect-level certifications preferred)
- Hands-on experience with at least one recent Salesforce Field Service (FSL) project in the last two years
- Ability to travel to client sites as required
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Experience with Jira for task management
- Familiarity with advanced Salesforce technologies (GraphQL, offline, Apex)
