Summary: The Salesforce Support Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform at London & Partners. This position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience, maintain data quality, and ensure the system aligns with business needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily user support for Salesforce, including first line support, troubleshooting and guidance on core Salesforce functionality and ways of working.
  • Manage user profiles, permissions, roles and public groups.
  • Deliver the onboarding process in conjunction with the Superuser team.
  • Create and update reports and dashboards to help teams access key insights.
  • Perform data uploads, clean-ups and basic data validation tasks.
  • Assist with configuration tasks (e.g. flows, page layouts, fields, validation rules).
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials, and deliver training to ensure effective platform use.
  • Support Salesforce integrations with other systems and tools.
  • Run regular checks with tools such as Optimiser to ensure system optimisation.
  • Support the wider Technology and Data department with minor development or integration tasks.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical & design documentation.
  • Learn and develop Salesforce skills on the job, with support from the team.

Key Skills:

  • Interest in CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) or working towards it.
  • Basic experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (e.g. from an internship, volunteering, or junior role).
  • Basic understanding of business processes and how CRMs support teams.
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative and develop new Salesforce skills and certifications.
  • Desirable: Some experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Agile delivery principles and middleware solutions.
  • Active participation in the Salesforce Trailblazer or admin community.
  • Experience using Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
  • Exposure to Power Platform tools such as Power Automate or Power Apps.

Purpose of role

As a Salesforce Support Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day operation and ongoing improvement of our Salesforce platform.
