Summary: The Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical best practices. This role involves guiding architecture decisions, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring the development team. The architect will also collaborate with product development teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable tasks. A strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and integration patterns is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Guide architecture decisions for integrations, data migrations, data models, customizations, and platform performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews to assess quality, adherence to coding standards, and optimal technical design.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for efficient resolution.
- Assist with development tasks as needed, bridging the gap between architecture and development.
- Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a strong learning environment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify solutions for technical product limitations.
- Explore functionalities like GraphQL, offline development, and Apex development.
- Partner with Business teams to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions.
- Break down these solutions into actionable tasks and manage them within Jira.
