Summary: The Salesforce Solution Architect role involves working with a global professional services organization, focusing on Salesforce platform capabilities and implementations. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce technologies and the ability to lead development teams while providing expert guidance. The role is hybrid, requiring occasional office attendance, and is offered as a 6-month contract with potential for extension. The candidate must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce, including a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Strong implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience cloud, SFMC or Pardot.
- Strong knowledge / experience in working with Salesforce Einstein Platform.
- Strong knowledge in version control and CI/CD implementations (using CI/CD tools like Copado, Github etc) and closely monitoring the deployments.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations.
Key Skills:
