Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Lead Salesforce solution design and assurance within a global business.
• Translate business problems into technical designs and create scalable architecture solutions.
• Collaborate with global Agile teams and external partners on technology roadmaps and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Evaluate and select tools/apps based on cost-benefit analysis.
• Onboard and roll out new platforms/technologies, ensuring integration with existing systems.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Salesforce Core, Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Strong development skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with API design and integrations.
