• Require Salesforce consultant having 10+ years of experience
• Candidate must have Service Cloud element experience in hand
• Service cloud experience along with lightning migration exposer would be preferable candidate
• Service Cloud and Case management are the two critical elements requires
• Candidate good in workflow, case management and design aspects
• Candidate work as a team player and capacity in the team
• For a lightning migration, it's really around the servicing functionality, whether candidate have exposure to portals, chat bots, but mainly service cloud experience
