Summary: The role of Salesforce Senior Test Analyst involves ensuring high-quality standards for client systems, particularly within the Salesforce and GCP ecosystems. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system, system integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across the Salesforce suite.
- Define and maintain quality test scenarios for Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Execute testing within GCP environments to ensure data integrity and seamless flow between Salesforce products and big data platforms.
- Identify and raise quality system defects with accuracy and clarity.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues proactively, particularly those affecting complex data reconciliations.
- Work confidently with client stakeholders and third parties to ensure quality outcomes.
- Support the transition of integrated Salesforce solutions into BAU environments.
Key Skills:
- 10 years' experience across system, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Proven experience testing Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience testing within GCP or other big data products.
- Skilled in exploratory testing techniques for improved coverage across integrated platforms.
- Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
- Confident in providing regular updates on progress and escalating risks when necessary.

The Role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients' systems meet the highest quality standards. You'll be hands-on in functional testing, spanning system, system integration, and user acceptance testing, specifically focusing on complex Salesforce integrations and GCP data pipelines.
What You'll Be Doing:
