Summary: We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with extensive Salesforce expertise to lead product strategy and execution in a transformative program. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic vision with practical implementation while mentoring junior product owners. This role offers hybrid working arrangements with a focus on collaboration in central London. The position is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the Salesforce product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise backlog items based on value, risk, and dependencies.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units.
  • Coach and mentor junior product owners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and product excellence.
  • Champion agile best practices and contribute to the evolution of product processes.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within Salesforce environments.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, ideally with exposure to coaching or mentoring roles.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and product management frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Aha!
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps and user stories.

We're seeking a Senior Product Owner with deep expertise in Salesforce to lead product strategy and delivery across a high-impact transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is passionate about mentoring junior product owners.

Outside IR35, hybrid working with 2-3 days a week working in central London.
