Salesforce/S4 Integration and Deployment Project Manager

Summary: The role of Salesforce/S4 Integration and Deployment Project Manager involves overseeing the integration of CIM Salesforce TPM with S/4Hana, ensuring project delivery aligns with the Profectus Methodology. The position requires effective leadership of cross-functional teams, management of project budgets, and proactive communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will navigate project challenges and drive innovation while maintaining project timelines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain control of the SF TPM integration to S/4Hana within the Profectus Project Management Methodology & Standards over project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead and motivate cross-Workstream and E2E teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor project progress against Profectus milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential deviations or roadblocks.
• Manage in the Profectus Matrix environment with Workstream Leads and E2E Leadership to allocate resources effectively, considering expertise, availability, and project requirements to ensure optimal utilization.
• Oversee project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Maintain open and transparent communication channels with stakeholders on project delivery, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements, including reporting via the Profectus programme status governance.
• Facilitate regular project cadence, managing a seamless integration between the core CIM, core S/4Hana, and market deployment teams.
• Drive project success by delivering to the prescribed Profectus Stage Gates and Check Points, ensuring cross-Workstream and E2E teams are planning and delivering the required outcomes.
• Manage expectations and proactively address concerns to build strong relationships and ensure buy-in from all parties involved.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project timelines and outcomes in line with Profectus standards.
• Swiftly address issues as they arise, applying problem-solving skills to ensure minimal disruptions and maintain project momentum.
• Manages the interface between the core CIM Salesforce TPM and S/4Hana programme delivery governance, ensuring decisions on the optimal deployment for the company are made.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on lessons learned together with the Profectus PMO, and apply best practices to future phases.
• Navigate changing project requirements and unexpected challenges with agility, adjusting plans and strategies as necessary.
• Embrace emerging technologies within our company and broader industry trends to drive innovation and enhance project outcomes.
• Manages collaboratively with the expertise in the Profectus PMO, Programme Management and Leadership teams, and BPT PMO teams as required to achieve project success.

Key Skills:

• Experience in working above market or similar
• Experience of Salesforce project delivery (preferably with CG Cloud and TPM)
• Experience of S/4Hana project delivery (desirable but not essential)
• Experience of using JIRA (schedule) & MSP (essential)
• Flexibility to travel across all company locations when required.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills and proven success in stakeholder management within major transformation Programmes
• Internationally-recognised Project/Programme Management qualifications (eg APM ChPP, PMI PMP, IPMA)
