Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Non-Profit Cloud.
- Perform both manual and automated testing processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Utilize testing tools such as Provar and other Salesforce-compatible testing frameworks.
- Apply QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices.
- Manage test management and defect tracking using tools like JIRA.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development practices and environments.
- Independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
