Summary: The Salesforce QA Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions by leading QA strategy and testing processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Design and implement test plans, automation frameworks, and regression suites using tools such as ACCELQ and Provar.
  • Write and execute SOQL queries for test data validation and backend verification.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing to ensure robust system performance.
  • Conduct defect analysis and root cause investigations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams for seamless, high-quality releases.
  • Manage and mentor the QA team, ensuring strong testing discipline and process compliance.

  • 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce QA leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ACCELQ (mandatory).
  • Expertise in SOQL, Salesforce testing, and test automation frameworks.
