Summary: The Salesforce Project Manager will oversee a large-scale technology and transformation programme within a leading global investment management firm. This role involves managing multiple workstreams, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce project management within complex organizations, particularly in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and change initiatives.
  • Define project scope, plans, timelines, budgets and governance structures.
  • Manage delivery across cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and Test teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
  • Drive programme governance, reporting and steering committee activities.
  • Support change management, business readiness and adoption activities.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and external delivery partners where required.

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong Project Management experience across business and technology change initiatives.
