Summary: The Salesforce Project Manager will oversee a CRM migration program for a charity organization, focusing on leading Salesforce project delivery from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Salesforce project delivery from initiation through to completion
- Manage project plans, timelines, and RAID logs to ensure milestones are met
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce solutions and platform optimisations
- Have demonstrable experience in Salesforce or CRM project delivery
- Ideally have experience in the not-for-profit sector
