- Ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Project Manager (retail sector experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and offshore delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile project delivery experience.
