Summary: The role of Salesforce Project Manager involves overseeing the implementation of a multicloud Salesforce solution for a leading UK business in Birmingham. The Project Manager will collaborate with both the Salesforce consultancy partner and the in-house Salesforce team to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. This position is a 6-month contract and requires a strong background in Salesforce implementations. The role is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the implementation of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Data cloud, and Agentforce.
- Oversee the migration away from legacy systems to the newly built Salesforce solution.
- Work closely with the Salesforce implementation partner, ensuring their deliverables meet scope and expectation.
- Act as the conduit between the Salesforce partner and in-house Salesforce development team.
- Lead on change management between existing systems and the new Salesforce platform.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on Salesforce implementations/transformation.
- Experience working with or for a Salesforce implementation partner.
- Excellent stakeholder management and change management skills.

Steadman Brown are working with a leading UK business based in Birmingham, at the very start of their implementation of Salesforce. 6 month contract - Birmingham 3x a week - outside IR35 This company are looking to hire a Salesforce experienced Project Manager (Contract), to oversee and lead the implementation of a multicloud Salesforce solution. The Project Manager will manage the Salesforce consultancy partner, working alongside the CIO and in-house Salesforce team, ensuring the project is delivered as planned, on budget, scope and time.
