Summary: The Salesforce Programme Manager will lead a significant Salesforce implementation programme for a major client, requiring extensive experience in managing complex Salesforce transformations and engaging with senior stakeholders. This role is ideal for a senior professional with a proven track record in coordinating multiple workstreams and delivering quality outcomes. The position is hybrid, requiring two days on-site each week in London or the South West. The contract is initially for six months with the likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of a Salesforce implementation programme.
  • Oversee delivery of multiple Salesforce workstreams (eg, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to align programme objectives with wider business strategy.
  • Manage third-party vendors and SI partners, ensuring delivery quality and value.
  • Develop and maintain programme artefacts including roadmaps, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Promote adoption, change management, and best practices across the business.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Programme Manager leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally across multiple clouds.
  • Background in utilities (highly desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work at executive level.
  • Experience managing external delivery partners and system integrators.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and programme governance frameworks.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an Outside IR35 contract.
