Summary: The role of Salesforce Programme Manager involves leading the planning, execution, and delivery of a Salesforce implementation programme within the public sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Salesforce implementation programme in a public sector context.
• Coordinate multiple project teams (including internal teams and external SI) to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions.
• Manage programme scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align programme outcomes with organisational objectives and manage stakeholder expectations.

Key Skills:

• Extensive programme management experience (ideally 8+ years) in the public sector.
• Significant hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects or programmes.
• Strong experience working within or for the UK public sector.
