Summary: The role of Salesforce Programme Manager involves leading the planning, execution, and delivery of a Salesforce implementation programme within the public sector. The position requires extensive experience in programme management, particularly in delivering complex IT or digital transformation projects. The contract is for an initial duration of three months and requires onsite presence once a week. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Salesforce implementation programme in a public sector context.
- Coordinate multiple project teams (including internal teams and external SI) to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions.
- Manage programme scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align programme outcomes with organisational objectives and manage stakeholder expectations.
Key Skills:
- Extensive programme management experience (ideally 8+ years) in the public sector.
- Significant hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects or programmes.
- Strong experience working within or for the UK public sector.
- Proven ability to manage programme budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior government officials.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
