Summary: The Salesforce Programme Director will lead a significant digital transformation initiative within a critical infrastructure organization, focusing on the implementation of Salesforce Field Service and Workforce Management capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the Salesforce Field Service and WFM programme, from mobilisation through to full deployment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes across operations, technology, and executive leadership.
  • Ensure clear focus on business value, operational performance, and user adoption.
  • Navigate programme risks, dependencies, and governance processes effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementation programmes at programme or director level.
  • Deep technical and operational understanding of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and Workforce Management (WFM) modules, ideally focused on remote/mobile engineering environments.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional business and IT transformation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience reporting into senior executive teams.
