Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of value from the Salesforce platform and act as the SME across capabilities.
  • Drive organisational strategy and manage continuous improvements across the organisation.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with goals.
  • Line manage and coach 2 Salesforce administrators while providing hands-on support.
  • Oversee transformative initiatives including product development and integrations.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce (approximately 4+ years).
  • NPSP and Service Cloud practical experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • Experience managing partnerships with suppliers and third-party agencies.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, both technical and non-technical.
  • Hands-on expertise with configuration and automations.
  • Understanding of data protection and GDPR/PECR.

Salary (Rate): £62,000.00 yearly

Role: Salesforce Product Manager (NPSP experience is essential) (12 Month FTC – Room for extension)

Location: London – Adhoc Travel ideally x2 month

Salary: Up to £62,000

A recognised UK charity are undergoing a large Salesforce digital transformation, now expanding their internal Salesforce CoE for a Technical Product Manager. You will lead on delivering value from the platform and act as the SME across capabilities to build and drive forward the strategy and roadmap with NPSP & NPC. You will drive organisational strategy and manage continuous improvements across the org whilst engaging with business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions in line with goals. It’s a unique opportunity to sit front and centre of an impactful transformation, gaining exposure to Salesforce latest release. They have an existing cross-functional Salesforce team whereby you will line manage and coach 2 administrators and provide hands on support where needed. Their internal culture is vibrant, people-first and offers flexibility. You will be required to attend office a couple of times a month where the team get together and often have social team bonding activities. There is plenty of scope to growth and excel within your career as they continue to grow and scale their org and internal team. It is likely the FTC will extend after the first 12 months.

Skills we're looking for include...
