Summary: The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer role at Radiant Digital, Inc. involves building and managing email campaigns, customer journeys, and automation processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments. The developer will also guide offshore teams and ensure the quality of automation triggers and campaigns. This role is primarily remote with some on-site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build emails, templates, interactive forms, and dynamic content blocks using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder.
- Create and update customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
- Create and update Automations and Automation activities (SQL Queries, File Transfers, Import Files, Data Extracts) in Automation Studio.
- Create and update cloud pages in Web Studio.
- Work with the engineering and testing teams to develop and QA automation triggers.
- Collaborate and assist engineering teams with testing REST/SOAP API calls using Postman.
- Developing new Transactional payloads and testing functionality in Postman.
- Building new transactional journeys for email notification types in all environments (UAT, STAGE & Prod).
- Creating new SMS definition keys.
- Building and developing email templates and dynamic content blocks using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Partner and guide Offshore Teams on Development, QA and Testing.
- Collaborate and assist other teams with SFMC campaigns and projects.
- Be the channel expert for all things related to SFMC and SFDC.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of common web front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React.JS).
- Understanding of JavaScript architecture design.
- Knowledge of algorithms, design patterns, and componentization approaches.
- Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web.
- Experience in HTML and CSS coding. Proficient in writing dynamic code using AMP Script. Must be able to code without using a WYSIWYG interface.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Developer Cloud expert.
- Thorough understanding of data extensions, data designer, subscriber imports, and group creation based on data filters.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
