p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation as Lead Salesforce consultant a contract basis (FTC, London - Hybrid). Should Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion.

Skills:

  • Atleast 10+ years experience in Salesforce Development
  • Should have Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture & cloud development principles.
  • Should have In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Governor limits and best practice.
  • Experience in Apex, Triggers, Webservice Callouts, Classic development.
  • Experience with Lightning development fundamentals
  • Having strong technical knowledge about the Salesforce security implementations and best practices.
  • Experience in developing intuitive UI using Visualforce, JQuery and JavaScript.
  • Extensive development experience in Salesforce integrations.
  • Responsible for understanding requirements & writing technical architecture documents
  • Ensuring the code reviews & development best practices/processes to be followed.
  • Responsible for planning the end-to-end technical scope of the project & customer engagement areas including planning sprint & deliveries.
  • Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed.
  • Review and provide guidance on design and infrastructure blueprints, proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks
  • Should be able to provide regular updates to Management and Key stakeholders about the project status
  • Experience with working on Agile Software development methodology.
  • Having excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Having Salesforce Certifications (App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultants etc) would be a plus
  • Good experience in Data migration tools
  • A degree in a computer science or a related field is desirable but not essential.
