Summary: The Salesforce Integration Lead role is a 6-month hybrid contract focused on leading technical delivery for a financial services client in either Milton Keynes or Liverpool. The position involves designing and developing a high-performance Salesforce web application and requires extensive experience in Salesforce development. The candidate will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with external systems and mentoring team members. This role is critical for the success of a major Salesforce transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, and LWC
- Translate technical requirements into scalable, secure applications
- Collaborate on design documents and support project delivery
- Improve team workflows and mentor developers through code reviews
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (SOAP, REST, etc.)
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of Salesforce development with strong Experience Cloud expertise
- Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC
- Proven ability to build scalable, custom solutions and large-scale API integrations
- Deep understanding of performance tuning, governor limits, and secure design
- Strong communicator with experience in agile teams and technical documentation
- Focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
