Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the Salesforce delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Manage interdependencies across business, technical, and supplier workstreams
- Hold systems integrators and suppliers accountable for quality, timelines, and contracts
- Own scope control and change management
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive timely decisions
