Own end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce CRM implementation, accountable for scope, plan, cost, quality, and outcomes. Acts as the single delivery authority across internal teams, suppliers, and partners, providing firm leadership to protect timelines, and manage risk

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the Salesforce delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage interdependencies across business, technical, and supplier workstreams
  • Hold systems integrators and suppliers accountable for quality, timelines, and contracts
  • Own scope control and change management
