Salesforce Implementation Project Manager

The Role

You'll lead the delivery of multiple Salesforce implementation projects, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Working across Salesforce Core, MuleSoft and Agentforce, you'll play a key role in delivering modern, integrated digital services and driving business transformation.

What We're Looking For

Essential

A proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects as the Project Manager.

Experience leading Salesforce projects from business case and discovery through design, build, testing, deployment and go-live.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders, business users, technical teams and third-party suppliers.

Strong project governance, planning, RAID management, reporting and financial management experience.

Experience delivering complex technology projects within large, matrix-managed organisations.

Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce Core, MuleSoft, Agentforce or the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

Essential Requirements

You must have delivered multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects as the Project Manager.

You must be UK-based and have continuously resided in the UK for the last five years.

Able to work on a hybrid basis across Oxfordshire and Hampshire.
