Summary: The Salesforce HEC Tester role focuses on testing within the Salesforce Education Cloud, utilizing tools such as Playwright and Azure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional testing as a Test Analyst for Salesforce Education Cloud.
  • Test applicant portals and admissions processes within Salesforce HEC.
  • Participate in large-scale Higher Education transformation programmes.
  • Utilize Salesforce Lightning for testing purposes.
  • Perform data testing in Salesforce environments.
  • Employ Playwright and/or similar automation test tools for testing.
  • Implement AI automation testing, such as Agent Force.
  • Integrate Azure services including API, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
  • Engage in CI/CD/DevOps testing using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Utilize Azure Boards, Jira, or TestRail for test management.
  • Leverage experience with SITS and Canvas LMS as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Test Analyst.
  • Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud/Salesforce HEC.
  • Experience in large-scale Higher Education transformation programmes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning.
  • Strong data testing experience in Salesforce environments.

Candidates must have the essential following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Test Analyst
  • Proven experience of Salesforce Education Cloud/Salesforce HEC including applicant portals, admissions etc.
  • Proven experience on large-scale Higher Education transformation programmes
  • Proven experience of Salesforce Lightning
  • Strong data testing experience in Salesforce environments
  • Proven experience of Playwright and/or similar automation test tools
  • Proven experience of AI automation eg Agent Force
  • A strong knowledge of Azure integration - API, Logic Apps, Azure Functions etc,
  • Proven experience of CI/CD/DevOps testing - Azure DevOps, GitHub etc.
  • Proven experience of Azure Boards, Jira or TestRail
  • Experience with SITS and Canvas LMS beneficial

Immediate start - 6 months initially - outside IR35 - 2 days onsite
