Summary: The Salesforce Enterprise Architect will lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems architecture for a global enterprise undergoing digital transformation. This leadership role requires aligning Salesforce architecture with broader business strategies and driving scalable solutions across a complex application landscape. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. The position demands extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise architecture and digital initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design across Salesforce and integrated systems including SAP, Snowflake, and SnapLogic.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure architecture solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, data, security, business operations) to guide solution development and delivery.
  • Establish architectural governance, best practices, and documentation standards across all Salesforce-related implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce technical debt, and enhance system interoperability and data flow.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership when required, mentoring development teams and ensuring architectural integrity.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead, with a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.).
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP, Snowflake (for data warehousing/analytics), and SnapLogic (or similar iPaaS tools).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and best practices.
  • Expertise in API design, middleware integration, and data modelling across cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated success leading architectural strategy for large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
