Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hands-on development and engineering efforts across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Oversee environment management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows, using Azure DevOps (native pipelines).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure technical excellence, scalable architecture, and alignment with business goals.
  • Support a large user base and multiple business-critical Salesforce applications.
  • Address complex technical challenges and lead major implementations and integrations across business units.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior engineers while maintaining ownership of development standards and best practices.

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with thousands of users and multiple applications.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and environment strategy – experience with Azure DevOps pipelines is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or contact center solutions is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and experience integrating across clouds.
  • Pharma or Life Sciences industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate as a technical leader, not just an implementer.
