Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation processes
- Develop custom functionality using Apex
- Manage data updates and integrations with external systems
- Support lead, opportunity and case management processes
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvements
Requirements
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Hands-on Apex development experience
- Expertise in Salesforce Flows
- Experience with integrations, APIs and event-driven data updates
- Understanding of lead and opportunity management within Salesforce
