- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate high-level requirements into detailed architecture, ensuring the integration of these modules.
- Develop detailed solution designs, including data models, Omnistudio configurations, process automation, and integrations considering EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce solutions and modules, leveraging their capabilities to meet industry demands.
- Establish best practices, governance, and standards for Omnistudio, EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce implementations.
- Guide and review development teams' efforts, ensuring architectural consistency and best-practice adherence, especially in module integration.
