Key Responsibilities:
- Define and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions within Energy & Utilities Cloud and/or Communications Cloud, leveraging Omnistudio, EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce for industry-specific needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate high-level requirements into detailed architecture, ensuring the integration of these modules.
- Develop detailed solution designs, including data models, Omnistudio configurations, process automation, and integrations considering EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce solutions and modules, leveraging their capabilities to meet industry demands.
- Establish best practices, governance, and standards for Omnistudio, EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce implementations.
- Guide and review development teams' efforts, ensuring architectural consistency and best-practice adherence, especially in module integration.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce and Omnistudio features for continuous architecture improvements.
- Lead technical workshops, feasibility assessments, and proof-of-concepts.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and industry standards.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, Omnistudio, and modules like EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce.
- E&U implementation experience is a must.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Omnistudio, and integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
