- Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, security, and incident response
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure smooth, reliable releases
- Optimize cloud infrastructure to balance performance, cost, and scalability
- Champion DevOps culture across the organization, promoting shared ownership and breaking down silos
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve development and deployment workflows
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-mortems to drive continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
- Deep expertise in Salesforce cloud platforms including Copado & Gearset
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)
- Understanding of networking, security, and system administration fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
- Track record of improving system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency
