Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce DevOps strategy using Copado (or similar tools)
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines integrated with Git-based version control (e.g. GitHub)
- Oversee environment management, including sandbox strategy, data seeding, and deployment sequencing
- Implement automation for deployments, testing, and validation using Copado and SFDX
- Enforce code quality, governance, and security standards within the release process
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure smooth, stable releases
- Promote best practices in version control, release management, and rollback strategies
- Mentor teams and build reusable DevOps playbooks
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps, ideally using Copado or similar CI/CD tools
- Proven ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelines, preferably in regulated environments
- Solid knowledge of Git-based version control (e.g. GitHub), including branching and merge management
- Experience with Salesforce metadata, environment management, and multi-org deployments

We're looking for a Salesforce Copado DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering scalable, secure, and automated Salesforce releases across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle, designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, improving release quality, and driving automation across multiple Salesforce environments. You'll play a key role in shaping DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with SDLC controls, and enabling faster, more reliable deployments
