Summary: The Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead role involves designing, building, reviewing, and deploying Salesforce solutions while adhering to development standards and best practices. Candidates will work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days on-site in London Stratford. The contract is initially for six months and classified as outside IR35.

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead. Candidates will be involved in designing, building, reviewing, and deploying Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with the client's development standards and Salesforce best practices. Day to day you will be actively coding, reviewing work, shaping technical decisions, and driving continuous improvement across the team.
Skills and Experience required:
* Strong Salesforce technical leadership capability in enterprise environments.
* Extensive hands on experience with:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)/Aura
o Salesforce configuration and data model design
* Strong understanding of:
o Salesforce architecture
o Service Cloud

The position is based on a hybrid working model with candidates expected to be on site for a minimum of two days per week in London Stratford. The contract is for six months initially and is outside IR35.
